The Welcome Cocktail will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 19h00 at the Conference Venue (ENSAM - Arts et Métiers) at the following rooms:
Conference Banquet
The Conference Banquet will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 19h15 at the Bateaux Mouches by along the shimmering waters of the Seine.
19h15: Arrival of guests
20h00: Departure for the cruise and start of the dinner
22h15: Return to the quay
00h00: End of the event
* Kindly remember that it is mandatory to wear your badge to access the Gala Dinner at Bateaux Mouches.
* To attend the Conference Banquet on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 19:15 at Bateaux Mouches, registration is mandatory. Please note that only registered and fully paid participants (Full Registration Fee) via the conference website will be able to attend.

The Bateaux Mouches pier is located very close to the Pont de l’Alma on the Port de la Conférence.

Coffee Breaks
Additionally, during the conference, Coffee Breaks will be offered at the Conference Venue (ENSAM - Arts et Métiers) from Thursday, February 18, 2025 to Friday, February 21, 2025, at the following rooms:
Lunches are not included in the registration fees. The Congress organization has made arrangements to offer to registered participants the option of "Lunch boxes" from Tuesday to Friday by prior reservation. It will be provided only to those who have made a reservation and completed payment.
